Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The homeowner was dealing with a damp, musty crawl space that was causing moisture problems, energy loss, and potential foundation damage. We got to work by sealing the space to keep moisture out and prevent any more seepage. We also took care of the foundation cracks, making sure no water could get in and reinforcing the structure for added protection. The old sump pump was swapped out for a more reliable system, designed to prevent flooding and handle drainage efficiently. To boost energy efficiency, we added insulation and sealed up any gaps to keep things dry and comfortable. Finally, we gave the space a good cleaning, removing debris and dust from ducts and utility lines. The result? A dry, clean, and protected crawl space that gives the homeowner peace of mind and extra storage space without the worry of moisture or damage.

Crawlspace would flood with a high humidity level. 

We added a drainage system to control the water with a sump pump and a battery backup pump. 

After the drainage system was added, we did a vapour barrier system and insulation to control the humidity level.

Finally, we encapsulated the space with a durable vapor barrier and drainage matting to lock out moisture for good. Now, their crawl space is dry, fresh, and protected, giving them peace of mind and a healthier home.
