This customer wanted to upgrade the insulation in their crawlspace and install a vapour barrier on the floor.  

Rodent infestation, horrible smell, musty damp insulation pulled out of floor joists, we cleaned it out, sprayed with germicide , re-insulated for a full perimeter seal, put in rodent proof steel mesh , clean space to encapsulate it all and a dehumidifier to regulate the relative humidity. 

The homeowner had water coming in from an elevated crawlspace, running down an interior wall in his basement. We installed a 3-inch drain tile and stone to collect and direct the water into a sump. Afterward, we insulated and sealed the entire system.

This project focused on sealing and protecting the crawl space to create a cleaner and drier environment. A full CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed and carefully sealed around footings, piers, and along the foundation walls. The bottom of the piers was wrapped for added protection and durability.

A CleanSpace drainage mat was placed beneath the liner and extended up the walls to help manage ground moisture, prevent seepage, and provide a more comfortable and durable surface for storage.

In this project, we helped reinforce the structure under the home by installing a custom support system. The goal was to stabilize the floor and fix any sagging or uneven areas. We added strong steel posts and beams underneath the floor to provide extra strength and support, making the space safer and more secure for the long term.
