What have we done in this house? 

-Insulation was repaired to keep the house with minimal energy loss properly.

-Super Sump Pump was installed to help with water issues in the crawlspace

-Mould killer was sprayed to kill affected areas that were showing signs of mold

The daycare facility experienced a water leakage issue, prompting the implementation of effective measures. Trench work was undertaken to divert and contain the water, complemented by the installation of a sump pump to efficiently eliminate excess water and ensure a dry and secure environment.

The client was looking to have some or all of my crawlspace thoroughly cleaned and set up for a more accessible arrangement of storage shelves.

A homeowner was struggling with a damp, musty crawl space that felt unhealthy and at risk for flooding. To fix the problem, we installed a SmartSump Pump System to keep water out and ensure the space stayed dry. Then, we sealed the entire area with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System, creating a barrier against moisture and protecting the foundation. We also added drainage matting under the liner to prevent seepage and make the space more durable.

Before sealing everything up, we gave the crawl space a thorough cleaning, wiping down ducts, removing debris, and disposing of the old vapor barrier. To maintain a healthy environment, we installed a dehumidifier and air purifier to control humidity and improve air quality. Finally, we added vent covers to block outside moisture. Now, the homeowner has a clean, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space—free from musty odors and moisture worries!
