The entrance to this crawlspace had damp wood.  That smell travels into your home creating a musty smell, and can be dangerous for your health.  An unhealthy crawlspace in inviting for insects and rodents, which creates a big mess, and an unhealthy atmosphere for you and your family.

Home owner was concerned with their Damp Musty Crawlspace in Tsawwassen, BC. The insulation falling to the ground was a sign of high humidity in the crawlspace.

This customer was looking for better access to their crawlspace.  We designed and built a crawlspace door that was lighter than her previous door, and looked better under her stairs.

This crawlspace in N. Vancouver was difficult to repair due to the house being built on a mountain, and the shorter areas.  Some as small as 12 inches.
