I expect you won't be surprised by this update, but I have to admit to being slightly anxious about what I'd find when I went to check the crawl space this morning following the recent atmospheric river rain event.

So it was wonderful to find a completely dry crawl space. It's the first time since we've been in the building (16 years) that the area wasn't drenched and/or filled with water following a rain storm. Perhaps it's even the first time in the building's 100-year history.
