Our Overall Service
It was a very expensive but difficult process. However, in the end, how Steve stood up to ensure we got what we needed complete was so impressive, that even with some challenges, I was very impressed by the company. All we did was some cleaning and minor repair, but just the ownership of the work by the team in operations and the guys who came by (who took things very seriously), was impressive that the overall deserves a 5.
Call Representative
The operations person, Steve, was amazing. He was attentive, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and when there was an issue with the first visit, he dealt with it immediately and made us whole in the process. Thank you Steve
Sales Process
Jordan came by and was polite, kind and knowledgable. I assumed the cost of the job was really high, but I needed something done. Jordan missed a couple of things in our crawl space but things got done eventually. In reaching back out to him, he simply pushed me off to the office and then did not respond to the last inquiry for additional work to be done. I didnt think that was cool at all.
Our Installation Crew
Your representative who came out was so incredibly hardworking and committed to a very challenging job. We were so impressed by him, even after we realized that he had not completed all of the work we had contracted with Jordan (sales) to do.
The Cleanup Process
The guys who did the work here did what they needed to do to clean up. Unfortunately, part of what was missed was some of the cleaning we had been assured would be done.
