Since joining BSV, I've enjoyed the opportunity to interact with customers and build strong relationships with both the company and our customers. Additionally, the role provides valuable hands-on experience in customer service, including booking appointments, managing schedules, and making calls.

In my previous role as a fundraiser, I honed my ability to connect with and empathize with a diverse range of clients.

When I am out of work, I like to play video games, ride a bike, and spend time with my friends, I also, go to the gym.

Certifications: Professional in International Business and Master’s in Administrative Science.
