JOB SUMMARY:
The role involves reviewing the job proposal and assessing the job site to determine the necessary equipment and tools. You will plan time allotments, assign workloads to yourself and installers, and monitor the job site for potential safety hazards. You will take responsibility for assembling the appropriate tools and equipment, delegating tasks to installers, and driving the job toward completion while ensuring efficiency and quality. Regular communication with customers is required to ensure their understanding and satisfaction with the job. You will also be responsible for completing and submitting all necessary job paperwork, as well as supporting the company's management and mission.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assign tasks, motivate, and train labourers on proper handling of materials and tools, and approved methods of waterproofing and foundation repair. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Monitor labourer job progress to ensure efficiency and quality.
Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure their understanding and satisfaction with the work. Inform customers of any changes to the job before implementing those changes. Provide customers with all required paperwork upon job completion.
As requested, communicate with the Production Scheduling Manager regarding the job. Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate parties.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance and be available for overtime as needed.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (KSAs), AND TALENTS:
Knowledge of construction or related trades is preferred.
Skill in using tools and equipment is preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
One (1) year of experience in construction trades is preferred, or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Concrete contractor experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid BC Driver's License
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Friendly, outgoing personality with a respectful, positive attitude
Reliable, honest, and self-motivated
Strong common sense and work ethic
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English
Comfortable working in short or tight spaces
We offer competitive wages starting at $20–22 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses.
