DEPARTMENT: Production

REPORTS TO Foreman

JOB SUMMARY:

Loads trucks in preparation for the job site. Performs installation duties according to company approved methods, standards, and timetables. Uses safe methods when handling tools and equipment. Supports the management and mission of the company. Feel comfortable to work in crawlspaces

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs installation duties according to company approved methods and as instructed by foreman and co-foreman. Completes work to meet company standards and timetables. Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time.

Loads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the foreman and co-foreman. Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time.

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (KSAs) and TALENTS:

-Skill in using tools and equipment preferred.

-Ability to follow directions and specific instructions.

-Possess talent and personal traits:

• Ability to Learn
• Adaptability
• Energy Integrity

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High school, diploma, or GED preferred.

2. Six months experience as a skilled or semi-skilled laborer preferred; or

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Valid BC Drivers License

-Must be eligible to work in Canada

-Can lift 50Lbs+

- Friendly, outgoing personality, respectful, positive attitude, reliable, honest, and self-motivated

- Common sense and strong work ethic

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be fluent in English.

-Must be comfortable with short and/or tight spaces

We offer competitive wages starting at $20-22 per hour for the right candidate plus bonuses.

Past experience would be an asset but is not necessary as we have a full training program, including dealing with customers. Our people are in the top 10% paid in the industry - most have been with us for years and trust the pay program and progressive company leadership.
